The room was spacious and laid out really well. The air conditioning worked great and we slept well. Lots of amenities and the doors were nice and solid so we couldn’t hear neighbors

Cons The hotel staff handled this well from a customer service standpoint but there is still an issue with the cleaning staff that I can’t ignore. When I pulled back my sheets on the bed for the very first time, there was a long hair and the sheets were wrinkled. The sheets and bed were obviously used and no one had changed them from the last person. I went to the front desk and explained and he brought me out a clean set. Then when I took off the dirty sheets (I had to do all of this after 10pm after getting dressed again) and when I took off the fitted sheet, there was a dead bee on the mattress cover. That was really unpleasant to see. When we checked out, they were good enough with customer service to give us a discount which we appreciated. We liked the hotel. I’m not sure if I’ll be back though because of the low standard of housekeeping that I experienced.

Very clean rooms, maintenance free, Staff personnel to assist you and ensure that you have a most enjoyable stay. Breakfast menu varies, however, the two cooks always prepare a hot meal with scramble eggs, sausages, green chili, waffles, sautéed potatoes and more surprises. Five star menu.

You’ll find better in Old Town Santa Fe for the same price!

Helpful front desk staff, provided a room change when the assigned room was dirty and offered free bottled water and tea as compensation.

Cons Dirty rooms with feathers (?), dust and crumbs all over floor and behind bed. Bed sheets with several hairs of different lenghts and colours inside. Thin windows letting in all the noise from the highway including several police sirens every night. Also, the walls were very thin and we kept hearing a phone ringing in another room NON STOP throughout the day and night (not sure why it kept calling and why there was no response)… Overall very bad value for money - a run down and poorly managed property, expected better from a Hyatt place especially one pricing itself at over 350 USD a night.
