Cons El personal en el front desk es apático, no está capacitados para brindar un servicio de excelencia dado que reservé por Booking y manifiestan que es una "Agencia de Viajes" deslindada de Hyatt incluso cuando el pago es directo a ellos. Fue un tema para que me facturaran y finalmente me dieron una factura emitida a otra razón social, ahora ocupo más tiempo para resolver esto
Nice amenities, lovely staff and perfect location.
The location was perfect with lots off restaurants around and a very nice shopping mall. The staff at the hotel was profesional , kind, helpful and always had a smile. The room floor plan was super good , very spacious and well distributed. The bed was confortable and the bathroom big and well designed.

Recently stay here for a wedding. Everything was perfect. This Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were excellent. And the staff from check in to Housekeeping were great and friendly. Overall, this trip was perfect.
