Perfect location to ICC lots of bars and restaurants
When we arrived, there weren’t any parking spaces, but the concierge saved the day. He pointed us to another spot and even took our bags so we didn’t have to trek back with them. Top‑tier service, and honestly, his outfit was giving total Peaky Blinders dapper vibes. Receptionist on check in and check out were friendly and welcoming

All was okay which I would have expected to say exceptional not just okay! Their communication is very poor. I asked several times for a phone call which never came. I’m still waiting
Cons I didn’t feel the restaurant staff were as well trained as they should be for such an expensive hotel. I stayed some years ago and I feel the standards have gone down. I am the owner of a four star hotel in Warwickshire and I was surprised that standards were lower than I expected. One member of staff didn’t know what ground pepper was and also expected me to eat soup with a fork. Attention to detail is important for guests
