I asked for early check in which was fine if they couldn't accommodate but before prior to arriving to the hotel I was sent a message that room would be ready for hour after check in when arriving to the hotel I still had to wait over an hour which is unacceptable and I feel I should have had a partial of the payment took off I offered to clean my own room to get in due to the fact that I had a very important meeting to be at and was about to miss do too room not being available and ready when getting in the room notice tub was still dirty toilet still dirty still had to clean on bathroom

I loved everything about this property. The staff was amazing. The valet drivers was everything. They made sure we were taking care of. DeeDee and Damarius was awesome.
