The hotel sits in the city center with excellent walkability to restaurants and attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean but dated compared to other Hyatts. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, though slower service happens due to understaffing. The breakfast buffet impresses guests. Late night safety outside the hotel is a concern.
