Cons Quand on réserve ce genre d’hôtel en plein centre ville d’un grande ville, c’est pour avoir tous les services qui vont avec. Hors, pas de voiturier dispo, ça ça va encore, met aucune place dans le parking. La solution donné : aller vous garer dans un parking public. Les parkings sont à 10/15 minutes min de marche de l’hôtel, une fois sortie du parking !!!! Et si l’on sort la voiture, on paie, puis on reprend un ticket, lorsque l’on y retourne. Alors qu’avec le parking de l’hôtel, j’aurais pu sortir et rentrer à la convenance. Un cauchemar !

Overall, had an amazing stay.

I love the location, close to Calgary tower and plenty of restaurantants around. Also the facilities are superior and love the clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Cons Only one thing is missing and that is the unavailability of showers in the pool area. There is no area for guest to rinse off before taking a dip which I think is unhygienic.

A top notch hotel, and I've stayed in many hotels throughout my work career and now leisure travel.l
