Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

La posizione centrale. La galleria interna vetrata è molto bella ma si intuisce che la struttura è vetusta e poco utilizzata arrivando alla sera da ancora di più questa impressione. Molto positivo, il centro fitness tra tutti quelli che abbiamo visitato in questi giorni, il Migliore.

Cons La hall di ingresso non è al piano strada, ma un piano più sopra. Il tutto all’interno di una struttura molto articolata sicuramente di pregio architettonico, poco valorizzata. Colazione non a buffet ma in generale fresca e non male.

Location was great. Walking distance to all 3 sports arenas. Walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Incredible views, disappointing staff when resolving issues

The location is exceptionally beautiful. The arcade is historic and full of character and ambiance.

Cons When checking in, we arrived at ~3:20pm. We were informed that our room was not ready, and when I let them know that my booking reservation said check in was 3, I was told: “Yes sir, our policy has changed.” No apology, no offer to make things right. Which is fine, and I understand that the line level employees do not set the policy. However, I as a customer should have been informed that the property was making a modification prior to me being on site. We had a wedding to attend, and this threw off our entire timeline for things. We then had some kerfluffles with checking our bags, and the valet. Overall I felt that I was checking into a property well below a Regency class.

On vous fait payer une caution en vous prétendant qu’il ne s’agit que d’une empreinte sans vous donner de reçu et votre facture ne correspond pas à ce qui a été réellement prélevé sur votre compte: 285,33$ prélevé et facture de 210,33$ qui correspond à votre réservation Booking
