View was phenomenal. I requested a city view for my son’s bday trip to NYC and they DELIVERED. Absolutely stunning.
Cons They didn’t provide enough towels/wash cloths. They make you list number and ages of people staying (four - two teens and two adults) but then only gave us two towels & two washcloths. It’s easy enough to ask for more, so it’s just a minor inconvenience. The included breakfast was great, they offer buffet or al a carte, but they handed us a bill for $170 for breakfast. Which was very confusing. On the bill, you write the room number down & it’s handled, but at 7am, it’s a little bit of a shell shock to be handed a bill for what’s supposed to be included in the cost of your room. Again, minor inconvenience but maybe a place for improvement.

Cons 残念ながら、部屋のクリーニングが1000－1700までされておらず、フォローアップを余儀なくされました。
