The Hyatt is as welcoming as your home.
The facility was modern, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and everything worked as it was supposed to. Everyone from the check-in lady to the bellhop to the valet to the dining room service people were polite and kind and glad to be helpful in every way. We will definitely return.
Cons Nothing bad to say. Everything was fabulous.

Moderno
Cons Nada
Very comfortable but needs to service all guests.
Shuttle bus is good and efficient, King room is excellent size and very clean.
Cons As an airport hotel, rooms are not ready early. Surely with some planes getting in, in the morning and guests coming of long hauls of over 10 hours, some rooms would be ready. I found one female receptionist standoffish.
Their dinner was expensive but good. Excellent service for dinner
Close to the airport

Just what the doctor ordered after a few days in a motel prior
The Location, clean, tidy & well kept, felt safe as a solo traveller, food & drink options were plentiful, bar atmosphere was friendly, staff were friendly, lovely toiletries in the bathroom, comfortable firm bed, tv options unrivalled.
