Hyatt Regency Louisville

Second time staying there. The last time was in 2020 and the entire city was locked down. I would say this experience was an 8.5/10 - nothing negative to say at all!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff and valet were very welcoming and knowledgable. Within walking a visitor center and restaurants.

Great way to start the day at Sway

Sandy at Sway was very helpful to her my day started before my business convention. Great to start the day with positive vibes

Decent hotel, lacking for business travelers though.

Overall, the hotel was decent. As a business traveler going to a conference, I was very surprised that this conference center connected location did not have a desk with an office style chair in the room.

Two washcloths for reservation of four and cold coffee for breakfast

Restaurant on site is horrible. Make other eating arrangements. If you want cold coffee you’ll get it. The Starbucks wasn’t any better I got a caramel ribbon crunch and could only taste crunched ice
