Cons Bed was not a double was two singles joined together First time I have experienced this at this hotel as I have stayed here many times. Tv kept freezing even after maintenance fixed the problem I stay here at least twice a year with family.

Cons Poor mattress - lumpy and uncomfortable. Shower made a weird pulsating/banging sound while in use.

Perfect location with super friendly and helpful staff. Our room on the 6th floor had fantastic views. The shower was huge with excellent water pressure & heat. Lovely lighting in the room.

Cons Note there's no parking at the hotel - the nearby university carpark costs £20 for 24hours.
