Location was key with going to the sport events we came for. Customer service st front desk was really good.
Cons Pillows were uncomfortable and bed a little hard. Towels were rough and scratchy, exercise room needs a few more weights and weight lifting machines. Pool furniture would be better in another material besides metal. Got too hot and burned skin with the slightest touch. No spa

Impressed
My wife and I stayed here for one night. We were going to a concert and this hotel was very close to the venue. My first time at a Hyatt hotel, (I have stayed at Hyatt resorts before). I was impressed. Very nice, clean, large guest rooms. Friendly staff. You can tell this hotel is a bit older, but not dated. It is close to many entertainment venues in downtown Phoenix. Sports, theaters, and restaurants. It was a 5 minute walk to the basketball arena, and about a 10 minute walk to the baseball field. We would definitely stay here again. Parking cost $36 for self park/ night or $46 for valet/ night.

Beat the heat and the D-Backs!
Great staff made for an enjoyable stay. In town for the Dodger series at Chase Field. Hotel is perfectly located for an easy walk to the ballpark. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you wanted something different than the one on site. Good bar and market with lots of food choices. We will be back.

This Hyatt does not represent the brand at all. It was outdated, slim to no decor, room with peeling paint and stains in bathroom, food at market had to be thrown away after the first bite, halls look like a prison. Pool was toddler sized at 3.5 feet, broken corners and missing tile, hot tub not functioning. Staff were professional and kind but environment D!
