Cons After booking, at check in I got hit with a $30 destination fee ? What is that about? Unbelievable & a $70 hold just incase????? What is a $70 hold doing for you Hyatt? If I spend $70 then charge me appropriately but to just decide on holding $70 for no good reason seems unnecessary. $35 brunch at hotel is ridiculous! Especially when you leave the hotel and can get breakfast/brunch for $25 pp

Posizione nel pieno del riverwalk. Camera ampia. Comodo il parcheggio pubblico davanti all’ingresso. Cordiali i Concierge e i il valet.

Cons Hotel che necessita di un rinnovamento. Personale della reception frettoloso e freddo. Qualità della colazione scarsa.
