Cons Personal am Empfang
Schön aber nicht sonderlich Baby-/Kinder-Freundlich. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas Kalt.
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Rooftopbar ist nice. Sauna & Steambad qualitativ gut.
Cons Sauberkeit Pool - Es gab sichtbare Verschmutzung (Dreck schwamm im Pool, wurde über 2 Tage hinweg nicht entfernt). Als wir das beim Personal meldeten, hat das Personal uns gesagt der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Leider hat sich das Personal nicht die Mühe gemacht, den Dreck aus dem Pool zu holen. (Hardware lag parat neben dem Pool.) Keine Baby Nahrung am Morgenbuffet. Auch auf Anfrage keine Möglichkeit einen Haferbrei oder so zuzubereiten.

Great stay in a modern hotel
Nice and contemporary guest rooms. They are spacious and well equipped with everything. Breakfast was good, woth many choices and good coffee. We definitely suggest to use the underground parking if someone's visiting Sofia by car as it is difficult to park in the area. The rooftop bar provides great views of the city skyline. We would visit again.

The hotel is luxurious, it smells amazing, the spa and gym are gorgeous. Bed is so comfortable and TV is massive. Rooftop bar view is amazing and DJ was good, cocktails lovely
Cons The TV wouldn't work properly, I couldn't select the menu option, this was fixed once but the 2nd time i asked no one did anything. The hairdryer didn't work, kept cutting out, I asked for this to be sorted out and nothing happened. Food in restaurant and rooftop bar was good but not exceptional, and choices could be better. Check in was lengthy, and then the guy on reception said that I hadn't paid when I had, he asked his manager and realised his mistake but this caused anxiety and embarrassment
