Cons Обичаме да спим на отворен прозорец - стаята беше с изглед към булеварда и съответно шумът ни пречеше. Също за такъв клас хотел е недопустимо да се взема такса паркинг за гостите на хотела.

A nice hotel with spa, great location
We went to the hotel so we could take advantage of the spa and be right at the center of Sofia. Always enjoy this location whenever in Sofia. The room was spacious and comfortable. There's a great view from the rooftop bar too.
Cons Though we did enjoy our stay, I do think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it is. There's not much warmth or care in the overall service, and the room felt somehow a bit "empty". This is not exactly criticism as the overall stay was still good enough, but it somehow felt impersonal & lacking for a 5*.

The hotel has a good location. The hotel rooms have a nice design.
Cons The restroom lacks a main door. The parking entrance is located right after the hotel's main entrance, but the ramp down is tricky—especially for large vehicles; driving in with a minibus would be very difficult. The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy. There is no shoehorn in the room, which is a significant oversight for a hotel of this caliber and brand. The bathrobes are very old. The in-room safe is very inconvenient to open.
