Spacious modern rooms with comfortable beds and good location next to the metro, though AC temperature control is centralized so you can't adjust it yourself. Staff helpfulness varies wildly depending on who you get, and English speakers are rare, which causes real problems with requests and dining. One exceptional staff member named Emma was outstanding, but other guests faced long waits and communication breakdowns.
