Posizione comodissima per raggiungere ogni zona di NYC. Letti comodi, bagno sempre pulito e vista meravigliosa.
Cons La colazione secondo me è migliorabile.
We had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt hotel in NYC! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in much earlier than expected, which made our arrival so much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed that made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything New York City has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting NYC!
renovated, clean, convenient, friendly--great stay
staff was friendly and efficient. everything was recently renovated and very clean. close to 2 subway lines. and even tho in the heart of times square, was not loud in the rooms. Also more spacious room than your typical nyc hotel room
Correcta
