Not worth the price you pay

The staff was nice and the lobby was pretty.

Cons I didn't like that I had booked this room 6 months ahead of the event and I get to check in at 415pm (which was at 4pm, was not offered anything earlier even when I asked, event started at 6pm) and I am told that there are no rooms available that I would have to wait an hour. No, that's not acceptable. I asked for what was available because we had to get ready and was offered a handicap room. I said I would take it as long as I am not taking it from someone who needed it and was told that they had a bunch of accessible rooms available. We get up to the room and it was hot. I set temp to 60 and high fan and we went to our event and didn't get back to the room until 2am in the morning and it was still hot, never cooled down. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets made noise every time you moved and then you could constantly hear people talking and the slamming of doors cause the walls are so thin. I expected more out of a Hyatt Regency especially for the price I paid. I would not stay here again.
