Cons *Even though room was ready not letting us check in early. We stayed for 5 nights. We checked out at 7.40am. It would have been nice if they asked our check out time and compensate early check in. * Having to ask for mugs and teas spoons. * Would have been nice if there were welcome cookies or chocolates. No complementary water bottles. They had a water refill. But if you don't have a bottle you can't fill.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional. It had everything we needed.
Cons The towel fiasco that had staff dropping off towels at the door.
