The staff to guest ratio and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff is better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. Luis in particular was amazing!

We needed a quiet place to refresh. This hotel was excellent. They went above and beyond to wait on us. I have never felt so taken care of, truly amazing property.
