Cons Helt ok
Accueil excellent et de qualité de Dany. Très sympathique et de très bons conseils pour notre visite.
What stood out for us was Receptionist Danielle who greeted us warmly , remembered us from when we stayed 12days ago , recommended us a wonderful restaurant to eat and made sure we knew how to get there. Danielle was professional , kind and competent and is a credit to Ibis
Cons Having a kettle for drinks in the rooms
I only stayed for one (short) night before taking a flight, but this hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located next to the main train station. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The stay comes with a BaselCard providing free public transport in the city, which also includes the airport bus.
