I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. The location was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Roshen from the FOH team for the warm hospitality, friendliness, and attentive service. Roshen’s positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable.
Cons I prefer to have amenity kits, toothbrush kits, and similar items available rather than upon request.

Breakfast is good but I waited for more than 10 minutes to be seated. I like the staff, they are very helpful and professional. Thanks to Ruskhala from front desk and Adel from the swimming pool team.
I liked the property’s convenient location, cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere. I would also like to express my appreciation to the FOH staff member, Roshen, for the excellent service and hospitality provided during my stay.
Cons The only area for improvement would be the availability of amenities such as toothbrush kits and other toiletry items, as these were only provided upon request. Having these readily available in the room would enhance the guest experience and convenience.
