Cons Overall, i had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the check-in process. When i arrived, there was a man standing at the front counter whom I initially assumed was a hotel staff member. He had assisted me, but i later realised that he was not a member of staff. As a solo traveler, I felt uncomfortable with this situation, particularly as he appeard to have access to information about my room number. I believe it is important to ensure that only authorised hotel staff handle the reception counter and have access to guest room information, in order to maintain guest privacy and security. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to help ensure a safe and comfortable expereince for future guest
