Great hotel, clean comfortable with lovely staff

Loved it, we were upgraded to a lake view room The bed was so comfortable & the room was really clean & cozy It was within a few minutes walking distance to Eat Steet restaurants one direction & the lake in the other direction, would definitely stay again

I would recommend IBIS is the best hotel in Rotorua for a getaway.
