كل شيء الخدمة ممتازة جدا خاصة على البركة والاستقبال
If I will go back to Amman will not thing twice about which hotel to go
The staff were very well trained and very helpful .. ready to receive any inquiry and attend immediately I can’t remember all the name but Ward in reception , all the staff in resturant in the morning and the person in Charge of cleaning at 6th floor

Perfect with fantastic Jordanian hospitality
5 star hotel with 5 star facilities and service Restaurants, spa, indoor and outdoor pools All staff very professional and service outstanding Breakfast great quality and spread. The staff are all so attentive and remember you from the previous day. Maybe it’s Jordan but all the staff so friendly and intent on providing great service
