Отличный отель и прекрасное обслуживание! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Останавливались в номере 504 и остались очень довольны. Номер просторный, уютный и очень чистый, большая кровать king-size, белоснежное постельное бельё. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Уборка была ежедневно. Особенно понравился вид на город. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все очень любезные, внимательные и приветливые. Большое спасибо Aydin и Samir на ресепшн, который очень хорошо встречает гостей и всегда готов помочь. Также хочется отметить Elbaris, менеджера ресторана, и сотрудников Ali и Samir — благодаря их внимательному и доброжелательному отношению чувствуешь себя действительно желанным гостем. Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы — огромный выбор блюд, всё вкусно и разнообразно. Расположение отеля тоже отличное: примерно 10 минут пешком до моря, рядом торговые центры и парк. Вокруг чистые дороги, приятная атмосфера и удивительно чистый воздух. В целом получили прекрасные впечатления от проживания. Чистота, комфорт, красивый интерьер и замечательный персонал — всё на высоком уровне. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its my second time in this hotel It’s always sooo nicee cozy and cleannnn, and honestly, cleanliness is the most important thing to me. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location is also great, close to almost everything, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are genuinely so kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Kamal, the bellman, who was always welcoming us, asking if we needed anything, and making sure our stay was comfortable, even when it rained immediately got us umbrellas 🥺The receptionists were also amazing and so hospitable. The restaurant was lovely with so many options. Elbariz, the restaurant manager, was incredibly welcoming and always gave us the best recommendations. We even came back to our room twice to find plates of dessert waiting for us as a welcome treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us so happy! Samir, the supervisor, was also extremely helpful, always recommending the best restaurants to us and the top cities and activities in Azerbaijan. even helping us with directions.

Cons Sigara içenler için ayrılmış bir alan yok , sokakta ve ayakta sigara içmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.Kahvaltı ortalama düzeyde daha iyi olabilir.

The location is great and the facilities are fresh. Staff was friendly and professional. Shower had good pressure!

Cons Was a bit underwhelmed with the room size, in comparison to another hotel in Baku that I stayed in a week prior (same fee).
