Overall had a nice time. Been to this hotel many times over the years and a bit disappointed.

Cons Room decor very "dated"- we were there 2 weeks so surprised we weren't given one of the updated rooms. Cold water tap in bathroom was hot which was a concern from a health perspective. I repeatedly complained nearly every day for the first week and gave up as they couldn't resolve the problem - no feedback or explanation/appology. Air con unit also leaked water into hallway in room. Pool was very good but music was just too loud (very dissapointing for me for this type of hotel) and sometimes hard to find sun beds away from big speakers. Lobby food more or less ok but limited selection and very overpriced for what it was.

Cons Les chambres non rénovée sont honteuses elles sont humides. Les installations sont très usées, j’ai payé 750 € une chambre qui ne valait même pas 200 €.

Great stay - friendly helpful staff - good breakfast - fantastic location - good size room. Great space around the pool area.

Cons Housekeeping was a little inconsistent- often left and tea and coffee cups dirty - pillows need replacing.. the pool closed too early… generally a really good stay other than these minor issues.

Cons Les anciennes chambres affreuses. J’ai payé pour changer. J’ai appelé la réception car mon sèche-cheveux ne marchait pas, une personne russe m’a répondu, elle était très agressive si bien que je lui ai demandé de parler gentiment et calmement. J’ai jamais vu ça.

La tina estaba demasiado alta para mi de 3a edad debieron poner un banco y a mi nieta chiquita le perdieron su peluche qué lo tenia desde que era chiquita
