Cons staff and service. specially the front desk, whenvthey took my bags from the car with a big trolly . I ask front desk where my bags he said go search for them in the room beside the main door. I go there and nobody there . I return back to him , he said wait they may come. after sonetime he call them and they come. I stay infront of desk for more than 10 minutes. !! waiting for my bags.
