InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with good beds and views. Staff service is usually excellent, though valet can be slow during busy times. The location on the Plaza is excellent, but security in the parking garage is a serious problem with documented vehicle thefts.
