Modern and Slick, but Poor Service and Overpriced.

The hotel looks good, feels modern, and the room is quite comfortable. The spa facilities and the bar are clearly where this hotel shines.

Cons Although mostly polite and pleasant, the staff were incompetent at handling basic requests (some of which we paid for). There was also a mix-up at check-in, which marred the first impression and was ultimately frustrating (even though it was sorted after an hour or two). Our Premium Room, which, after the check-in confusion, ended up being a spacious Classic Room (a downgrade) on a high floor, was right under the gym (on the 18th floor), which meant we couldn't sleep past 7am due to the clatter of weights being dropped. Nonetheless, for this price point, I would expect much more, and it is a shame....

Hotel aan de rand van het centrum van Ljubljana. Ruime kamer en badkamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons In het toilet op de kamer hing een penetrante urinelucht die pas na een paar keer doorspoelen van toilet verdween.

Far too expensive for the provided service

Good location, short distance to most interesting destinations in the city

Cons When booking a 5star hotel and being told that we received an upgrade than I do not expect a bed which is already turning in pieces at the head piece, also the view was very limited (view on the hotel on the other side of the street), the sauna/pool area was totally over crowded, people being in the sauna without a towel, nearly any light, not enough rest chairs available

Would recommend only without young children

Cons 1. It said premium double queen bed but the beds were not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids 2. I initially requested a late checkout and was denied, but i had met someone there who did get late checkout for a reasonable fee, when i requested the late checkout via booking i was told we might be able to handle it during check in but upon arrival it was said the hotel is fully booked, but for someone else they did allow it Overall the staff were really nice and helpful but that last part i can’t comprehend

Cons A parkettás szobában volt 2 szőnyeg. Szívesen vennénk a bőr vagy textilbőr, a takaritó személyzet számára is könnyen tisztítható és allergénmentes párnás kanapékat, székeket, a szobákban.

Very attentive staff, confortable room. Complementary snacks and wine makes you feel welcomed. Good location to the city center and a pickup point for excursions.

Cons Variety of food was really poor for the 5 star hotel. In case you prefer anything but sweet for the breakfast, there was not much to choose from.
