Cons We had ordered a burger through in room dining, subsequently we returned it and the staff was indiffrent towards it, subsequently they asked us that they would replace it, then came fries with hair in it and subsequenlt a i am sorry after being informed how regular i am booked with you all.
Loved this hotel, super friendly and helpfull staff. Great location and large rooms with spectacular views of the sea and sunsets. We were a little disappointed that the Dome bar was covered due to the monsoon which had ended. It was also disappointing that one of the reassurance was closed during our stay for renovations. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views, decent service
Location and views are perfect. Staff helping enter/exit the taxi are very kind and concierge were helpful.
Cons Felt some of the room service charges were too high even given the location and reputation of hotel. For the price, the service didn’t knock my socks off.
It was a safe, relaxed and everything went smooth.
