وقت الدخىل ما سكونوا مستعدين وخسرت وقتي وانا بس جالسه انتظر دخولي عندعم تأخير فوق الطبيعي بالدخول مع العلم كان الساعه 8 مساءً وكتبت عن وصولي مما اضطرني اني اروح اكل عشان السستم معلق و اضطريت امدد لان فعلا تأخري خلاني ما اقدر اخلص اشغالي في اليوم الثاني من التعب بعد كذا وعدوني بخروج الساعه 2 و للاسف الموظف اللي كتب خروجي كان في اجازه وباقي موظفينهم عاملوني معامله سيئه و كانت اتصالات طوال الوقت على الخروج الساعه 12 مع العلم اني قلتلهم طيارتي الساعه 11 اللسل مافي تعاون مع العميل مع اني خسروني وقتي وهذا غير منطقي

The staff were excellent and the hotel itself is 3rd after ritz, and hotel de crillion in terms of luxury and grandeur in central paris. Breakfast is serviced by Cafe de la paix which was excellent. Room comfort was excellent.
Cons I had booked via booking.com, for some reason that placed me lower down the chain, because when we arrived we were told the hotel was hosting delegates and our room (opera facing premier room) was given away. We were disappointed particularly because it was our anniversary. However, the hotel refunded a full day to compensate us. Which was handled really well by the staff
