exceptional staff

We were in Riyadh for 3 days, and stumbled upon this property as we often stay in IHG hotels. The location is incredibly convenient, as you are essentially in a shopping, sightseeing hub. The rooms are clean and well maintained, albeit not particularly fancy. What makes this hotel a standout is not the property but the employees! Saddam as well as Mohammad Siddah at breakfast were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind. The front desk employees have a similar air of warmth and hospitality. All in all, staff is lovely, and willing to accommodate any request you may have! I enjoyed my stay here overall!

Friday buffet Mondo restaurant inside intercontinental hotel

I go to Mondo restaurant inside the hotel once or twice a month, for their Friday Buffet, the experience, atmosphere, food and service I have not seen anything similar anywhere in the world. I wish if we have similar place in Canada :( You can swim, shower, then enjoy top notch food, deserts and bar, I'm addicted to coming here now and I love it. The food from Chef Omar is ultimately high quality! Thank you Sadam, Amna, Ibtisam and Ahmed for making today's visit unforgettable, like always 🌹 If you're in Riyadh, don't waste your time, come here!

A Home Away From Home

I've been staying at this hotel for more thank 25 years, and it truly feels like my second home. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. I always enjoy coming back and highly recommend it.
