Relaxing, comfortable, fun, excellent staff. Wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Dafne Lopez at reception. Dafne's English was excellent and made our check in process seamless. She was kind, attentive and made us feel like we were the most important people in the hotel. Our room was not quite ready at check-in as we arrived earlier than expected and Dafne kindly sent us regular message updates while we enjoyed some complimentary beverages at the bar which Dafne gave us vouchers for. As wonderful as our welcome was, our checkout process was seamless, again we were attended to by Dafne. Based on our interactions with Dafne throughout our stay, we would definitely come back to this hotel! Congratulations to Dafne on exceptional customer service.

Замечательный отель, очень много зелени, великолепный большой бассейн, что редкость для гостиницы почти в центре города. Отличное расположение: 1 минут до метро, 1 станция от парка "Окно в мир", 2-3 станции до центральной части района или Hi-tech парка с большой пешеходной зоной, гастрономической улицей и магазинами. Отдельное спасибо Дафне Лопес. Мы жил в 2 номерах, она не просто помогла за 1 день найти смежные номера, но и организовать перенос вещей, пока мы гуляли.

Cons Единственное, что немного снизило впечатление - очень много людей, особенно в выходные. Кажется, инфраструктура и пространство отеля не рассчитано на очень большую загрузку. Например, в утренние часы-пик в выходные приходилось стоять в очередь на завтрак около 15-20 минут. Раньше с таким я нигде не сталкивался

Dafne Lopes worker is really kind. She helps our family to be very confident for 3 days. Breakfast meal is very nice Also swimming pool is really powerful in the world. I have visited there for my business trip about 7 years ago. I remember the swimming pool was really nice. That is why I pick up this hotel for family vacations again. Thank you very much!! 泳池設施一流，親子暑假不二之選，近地鐵站，附近也有不少好食的餐廳

Cons 等候入住過久，平日星期二也等到4點才可上房，但管家也很好，有協助跟進。 住宿3天，泳池電梯壞了，但客房電梯也壞一部，等候時間較長。
