Fantastisk service - lækker morgenbuffet og den vildeste udsigt.

Cons Vi skulle flyve tidligt - så vi fik en goodiebag med, men kunne have været en ekstra service at vi kunne have nået at spise morgenmadsbuffeten 15 min før den normalt åbnet. Ekstra god service ville også have været at I tilbød os at spise morgenmadsbuffet ved ankomst, da vi allerede ankom kl 9.00.

Wellness Bereich hat nicht einen Stern verdient

Zimmergröße und Einrichtung mit überbreitem Bett. Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Kosmetikartikeln (wichtig für Frauen: auch Spülung und Bodylotion ist vorhanden!). Aussicht. Lage. Freundlichkeit vom Reinigungspersonal. Frühstück ist top, das allein hätte 5 Sterne verdient.

Cons Unser Aufenthalt sollte zum Teil aus Wellness bestehen, weshalb wir diese Unterkunft gebucht hatten. Dass der Pool nur eine Stunde am Tag verfügbar ist, wird in der Beschreibung klar beschrieben. Dass Sauna und Pool ein Bereich sind und die Stunde sich auf beides zusammen bezieht, erfährt man leider erst, wenn man im Wellnessbereich ankommt. Somit hatten wir eine Nacht komplett umsonst gebucht und natürlich auch bezahlt. Der Aufenthalt im Wellnessbereich war leider noch sehr unangenehm. Es werden Leute in Shorts und Badekleidung in der Sauna geduldet, obwohl überall als textilfrei deklariert. Trotz Hinweis wurde es vom Personal ignoriert. Somit sehr unhygienisch. Ich hatte diese Beschwerde auch direkt ans Hotel geschrieben. Leider konnte man keine befriedigende Lösung für uns finden.

Very very bad communication with the staff. Very bad sofa bed in the apartment .

The location of this hotel is something that gives it an extra bonus for business men that want to do appointments around the Warsaw.

Cons Very very very bad coordination with the personel of the hotel. And i am not talking about one swift but several . I tried to upgrade to a better room since my room was a standard double from booking.com . I called them before i arrived and asked them to do so and they told me that the upgrade would be upon availability in the same morning. I specifically asked that we would upgrade ONLY IF THERE IS an option for early check in the first date to the upgraded room otherwise would keep the same room and they told me that the next available option would be 220euros more in the stay. The check-in morning my colleague went to the hotel they told her that there is not availability for early check-in to the upgraded room and there is not available standard double room in general and also the extra that was charged was 300 for the apartment when i got a different rate the previews day from the reservation department. The apartment it self had a terrible terrible terrible sofa bed. NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone . If you are two travelers and need two beds just go with the standard double. In general the whole procedure gave me the idea that everyone was just saying yes yes and yes on the requests and in general communication without even understanding the request.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt z możliwością odpoczynku.

Komfortowy duży pokój z pięknym widokiem, apartament czysty i przestronny. Pięknie położony basen i dobra lokalizacja.

Nije vredno novca :(

Lokacija je fenomenalna,sam centar grada. Bazen sa neverovatnim pogledom je bio super. Pogled iz sobe je bio izuzetan.

Cons Nije nam se dopala čistoća na prvom mestu,sve je bilo prašnjavo i dotrajalo(od namestaja do peškira i stvari za krevet). Osoblje i sam njihov osudjujući pristup nam se nije dopao jer nismo navikli da nas neko gleda kao da smo finansijski inferiorni u odnosu na njih što se vidi na sledećim akcijama: niko nam nije otvorio vrata od hotela,niko nam nije poneo stvari do sobe,pojedino osoblje ne zna osnovne manire za hotelijere i konsiljere... Moja devojka je dobila alergijsku reakciju iako smo više puta naveli alergene i da soba bude spremljena na nivou hipoalergenskog suite-a.Kada smo došli na recepciju da konačno vidimo da li postoji neki drugi problem ili je samo očajan rad sobarica i drugog osoblja recepcionar nam je rekao da ne zna šta se dešava i ne može nikako da nam pomogne. Daleko od hotela sa 5 zvezdica i od naziva InterContinental i njihovog samog pristupa,kvaliteta i luksuza... Novac uzaludno potrošen budući da smo imali poverenje u jedan od najboljih lanaca hotela na svetu.
