Irazú Hotel & Studios
Staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, but rooms are small with dated facilities, unreliable hot water, poor internet, and noise problems.

Buena opción
Buena ubicación. Cerca del centro y del aeropuerto. Desayuno simple pero bueno
Cons El internet hay que mejorarlo. Solo me daban 5megas de ancho de banda
Parqueo incomodo
Cons Habitación estaba sucia, pelos de otras personas u telas de araña, toma corrientes no funcionan, el acceso al parqueo incomodo.
Ubicación
Cons Mucho ruido de música que no deja dormir
It is not a bad place to stay but from the picture in the ad it had a beautiful courtyard outside with the pool. However
The location was convenient to the medical services needed during our stay.
Cons It would have been nice to have a mini split air conditioner rather than the really loud one. Also to have a mini fridge to keep food and drink items. And more than one coffee pod.
Parking, facilities and location was great.
Cons Coffee and water bar could have been in service more of the time.
Atención de personal especialmente el de Hillary Monge en recepción
Cons No aplica
