Amazing Staff
Hi went on vacation to Mumbai and feel very ill. The compassion and care of the Concierge staff goes beyond words. I would sincerely like to thank Arnov, Prathamesh, Subodh and Dev who went above and beyond the call.
Awesome hospitality
We had visited ITC Grand, Hornby pavillon for lunch . The interiors are royal and Vibrant. The F&B team , specially Mr Fabian and his team catered to us very well. The staff is professional and take good care of guests. Coming to the food, we relished the lamb bolognese, the lamb was soft and succluent. The Chef personally visited our table to understand if any customization is required. The staff of ITC , Grand knows how to enhance the dining experience and would highly recommend this place for the hospitality and food.
