Unexpected Pet Fee and Cold Indoor Pool

Cons Considering the category and standard of this hotel, what surprised me the most was the pet-friendly policy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay an additional €30 per night for my dog. I believe this charge should have been clearly communicated in advance when booking, as it came as an unexpected additional cost. I would also like to mention that the water in the indoor swimming pool was, frankly, quite cold, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the facility. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I believe that clearer communication regarding additional charges and a more comfortable pool temperature would further improve the guest experience.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, mitten in İzmir, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Das Hotel war sauber, gemütlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Kombination aus zentraler Lage, Komfort und freundlichem Service. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es für einen Aufenthalt in İzmir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! ❤️🇹🇷
