Very nice garden hotel
The Jacaranda is great - it has a very nice garden and pool area with a lot of nice greenery that makes the place very relaxing and peaceful.
Cons The rooms were just ok, seemed a bit old and out of date.
Excellent front desk staff - They did very well to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant.
I kept missing the breakfast :') I like to sleep till late, but I travelled with a client; and he didn't have any complains about it when I asked.
Cons The room/s does not have a bidet. This is my only negative point about staying at Jacaranda; which is usually where I stay if I am in Nairobi for business.
I would describe this hotel as a good 3 star establishment in a great location for that part of town

Excellent value for money with very helpful staff.
Good location close to 2 large shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy but this is because it’s busy location. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mary on reception and Joseph. Safe and secure property.
Cons The room was a bit small but the bed was big and very comfortable!
The breakfast is good and abondant - but the best is the location. It is so near the Sarit center where you have all the shops and services. No transport needed even in the evening. Another asset is the gym and spa.
