The spa falls short, experienced much better elsewhere. QC Therme are so much better on all counts. For the price, the overall experience feels underwhelming and doesn’t quite justify the cost, spa staff are so bloody rude.

Fantastic Value Experience
We travelled to Gothenburg after Christmas for a two night stay at Jacy'z Hotel. We got the Top Floor package including a large room/2 x 2 hour spa sessions at Pachanga Club and Tasting Menu Dinners both nights at Gogogaga Asian Restaurant. Pros: Our room - super king bed was incredibly comfortable Firepits in Main Bar on Ground Floor / Firepits in Spa we loved the ambience of the hotel it was like being in a members club and the music was so cool and not too loud as others had noted staff were discreet and the fire was stoked at all times we loved sitting on a sofa by the fire sipping a cocktail. so comfortable and we often feel asleep there it was relaxing and no one looked at you/cared, like being in your own home. queue for reception was long sometimes but they were helpful lift system worked really well Breakfast - amazing food, juices and shots, choice of food hot and cold. Loved that you didn't have to be seated and people (a lot of people coming through but it flowed as people could take their plates into the main bar/ surrounding tables without staff interferring. The value was incredible, room, food, spa. really impressed and would return for the value on one of their packages. Cons Coffee was stewed at breakfast, and coffee machine options were chargeable. (we had coffee in our room from our Nespresso machine which was perfect) Room was cold initially due to being glass facing out and we had to sort out the heating in the main room and bathroom Spa / one side was too cold for us / including the temperature of the pool water so we did not go back there the second night. we hoped for a jacuzzi but there was not one. Food signature menu was delicious but the second night korean tasting menu had a lot of crossover dishes and the main was not good (chuck steak/not a suitable cut for such a delicate recipe)
Good Spa experience
We went to the Spa. 3 pools, a wet and dry Sauna, lounging areas, beautiful views over Gothenburg. Sauna's weren't as I imagined, but still good Pool bars, a fire, outdoor heated pool.

Beautiful hotel with immaculate decor. Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms with great views and spacious. Worth every penny

Great hotel, more than a hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Good amnestied. Great deals like Friday happy hour for drinks. Caught a gig, used the spa, explored the city. Worth exploring their deals and offers.
