Cons Inward facing room. Had to keep curtains pulled as you look directly into room opposite. Can’t see outside from room. Outdated bathroom, small shower over bath. Aircon is sooo loud had to tirn off to sleep :(

Such a beautiful hotel, and customer service team is so friendly. It’s very convenient that you can take the lift straight into the city.
Cons The parking can be a little tricky but for most part it’s manageable. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom, the silicon most probably needs to be changed in that corner of the shower.
