Disappointing stay, especially considering the price and what was advertised.
The lobby and downstairs area were good looking and the staff were mostly friendly. We also felt very safe because there was always security present. The restaurant was good as well although there were a lot of hidden fees.
Cons The rooms are very outdated and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it very difficult to sleep. The photos are also misleading. We specifically asked why our room looked nothing like the rooms shown in the pictures, and were simply told that those photos were of a different room. The man at the reception was not helpful and did not want to offer us another room. In one of our connecting rooms, the TV WiFi did not work even though this was advertised as a feature. When we asked about it, we were simply told that it was not possible. The hotel WiFi itself was also very slow and unreliable. It is clear that a lot has been invested in the beautiful lobby and other luxury-looking areas, but unfortunately the actual rooms do not match that standard at all. For the price you pay, we expected much better quality and service.

Great experience with Jaypee starting to ending . front desk Nisha she is so helpful and sweet talking. Really appreciate very staff who help me for my stay . And the management who trend them.
