When I arrived everyone was lovely. My room had a complimentary upgrade and I couldn't have wished for a better room. It was spacious and clean. There were many thoughtful surprises like the complimentary toiletries. The whole room layout was excellent.
Cons At the pool during the day I thought the music was a bit too loud and 'bouncy' with a loud underlying bass. Something cheerful and discrete would have been better.

Cons Nessuno ti aiuta con i bagagli, l hotel si trova al decimo piano di un centro commerciale. La piscina è molto grande e molto bella, peccato facciano entrare esterni, inaccettabile, visto che poi non ci sono abbastanza lettini per tutti. È sempre molto affollata. Le persone lasciano lì le proprie asciugamani e le proprie cose andando anche in camera e tornando dopo ore. Palestra piccola. Sul rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo, da un quattro stelle mi aspetto di più.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall which is great especially when traveling with kids. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.
