Cons For the first two days, and particularly at night, the heating system failed to function and blew cold air constantly. We were left freezing until technicians finally fixed it on their third visit. The only temporary remedy provided was a small bathroom heater, which was completely inadequate for a suite. Additionally, despite booking a suite, basic amenities and services were missing: * Upon our arrival, there was no welcome amenity in the suite living room (such as fruits, sweets, or a welcome drink/champagne), which is standard practice for this room category. * Bathrooms lacked essential items, including toothbrushes, soap, and facial cleansing sets. * Coffee capsules were not replenished automatically, forcing us to contact reception twice just to request them.
