Great spa, lovely staff, old hotel that needs work on sound proofing.

The spa in the hotel is great. The view is very nice. The staff are very helpful.

Cons They are doing construction outside the hotel and it is very noisy even in the rooms. I was on the 35 floor and from 8AM to 5PM there is heavy construction noise. The rooms are not well sound-proofed. Don't do what I did and ask to be moved to the other side as then you hear the trainline all night long. To show you how not sound proofed the windows are - they give you ear plugs in your room!! Never heard of that in a 5 star hotel.

エクセレント！！

角部屋が空いているからとアップグレードしていただけました。眺望も素晴らしく、夜景もとても綺麗でした。 ポーターさんも観光場所をオススメしてくれました。 また札幌へ行くならココに泊まりたいです。

Cons しいて言うなら。 駐車場や駐車料金の件で事前に電話で問合せした際に通行止めや迂回ルートがあるからＨＰで確認するよう伝えてほしかった。 初めての札幌だったのでぐるぐる回ってしまった。
