Cons El desayuno. No tenía nada de comida, unas verduras , un huevo, pan. Comparando con otros hoteles donde estaba en China, este hotel tenía peor desayuno. Mucha personal y nada de comida.

Już sama marka JW Marriott jest gwarancją jakości. W przypadku tego hotelu gwarancja ta ulega dalszemu wzmocnieniu ze względu na fantastyczny - nawet jak na warunki tej sieci - personel. Obsługa jest miła, sympatyczna i pomocna. Same plusy. Trudno az wszystko wyliczyć - śniadania są doskonałe, okolica idealna i jak w całych Chinach - oczywiście bezpieczna.

Everything! Everyone including the restaurant staff, together made the overall experience pleasant. However, I MUST specifically thank the following amazing wonderful encounters I have had with these now special people: Rachel at the highest library in the World. :-) She is sooooo accommodating and is truly an exceptional person for making guests feel that special. I believe she initiated the series of activities which made my heart flatter as I casually mentioned it is my birthday. Then came the flutter of activities. This makes me smile now that I am recalling the activities. To catch me in the room to present me with the surprise birthday 🎂 cake. So playfully yet so professional. Monica who checked us in on day 1. Claire with her smooth professional and efficient impact with the warm smile. Thank you and the team for the delicious birthday cake and the nice touch of the JW Marriott Teddy/Mascot.(Lion and Eagle as we have now come to know mean bravery and freedom) 😀 Vera Wu, our bell girl and a big, big shout out to our super, super top Concierge Champions John and Justin who repeatedly got us taxis, massage parlours, and top dining recommendations, and everything else from directions, sim cards. They are proud to serve the patrons of the hotel! We felt that in our interactions with them. And as we checked out, Iris who gave us tips on future China visits all go deep in creating the connection that we now have with JW Marriott. To the Management you have a great team !!!!. Please cherish them! The rooms have been a pleasant surprise! So high up in the sky, it felt like we were flying. We didn't need to go to the Shanghai Tower at least not just for the view. The Bund view was visible from our bed :-). I fell in love with Shanghai!
Cons Too short of a stay. I would really have liked to have just a few more days
