Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views, but maintenance issues appear frequently: exposed wiring, broken fixtures, weak toilets, and poor pillows. Staff provide excellent service and often upgrade guests. The executive lounge gets overcrowded and chaotic with children and non-members.
