Everything was excellent, when it comes to service, facilities, location, etc.
Cons This was expensive, and the place was crowded because of the awards show.
The hotel was fine, but their communication is non existent and I am still waiting for them to return the $300 deposit.

My stay was comfortable and the staff was exceptional
The secure access to guest floors gave me a level of comfort that I appreciated immensely. The lobby is beautiful and the concierge was overly attentive. I had an incredible experience! The food was great and the drinks were amazing , plus the view was breathtaking.
