It was a pleasant stay but not for the money I spent

Cons I didn’t like that it was $40 a night for a roll out bed when I asked for for a double queen bed room and got a king size bed and a sofa bed
We had a blast at the water park and loved all the activities that were planned for the families. Everything was so convenient and easy to access. The bed was also so comfortable.
Cons My husband and I thought it was weird that we couldn’t order over the phone from the steakhouse and had to go in person to order to go. It was a busy weekend but it took several hours for our luggage to get to our room and we finally had to get it ourselves.
