awesome staff and incredible stay, the soak is such a fabulous touch.
Cons We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and it was hot
Really good. If I revisit queenstown, will definitely stay here again.
Location, cleanliness and staff
Cons There were no snacks in room available at night and I had to order Uber eats. There should be a mini bar and some snacks available in the room.
Soak/ hot tub was a lovely experience
Cons No milk provided for tea and coffee in the room. Rooms were very small and compact for a family of 4 compared to other hotels around the South Island.
fantastic stay at Kamana Lakehouse, top notch staff, great breakfast, and the views are truly to die for. Were really accommodating of our kids too.
