Cons Room was warm. Maintenance came and fixed the ac. Glad about the fast service
Cons 1. no free WiFi until you join the member however sign up was supper difficult 2. No bottle water in room - why this tiny service needs so much work. Just give it easily and freely bro!

Room was very clean and comfortable; check-in was a little inconvenient - they initially could not find my reservation , because Marriott confirmation numbers are not the same as Bookings.com confirmation numbers. A supervisor was helpful and check-in proceeded. Perfect location to all the museums, The Plaza and Mill Creek Park walking trail.
Cons The ice machine was not working on my floor, expected in Bangkok, not KC.
